Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay

train station airport bus money exchange

I appreciated the proximity to the train station. The walk was about five minutes. Myeongdong was also accessible, roughly a ten-minute walk (perfect for evening strolls!). The airport bus stop being just three minutes away was a great convenience, especially with luggage. I also found the money exchange machine in the lobby quite useful. It offered reasonable rates.

The carpets really need replacement. They have noticeable stains. It. The housekeeping staff was great though, a good point!

The hotel is near a train station. It is about a five-minute walk. Myeongdong is approximately a ten-minute walk. The airport bus stop is within a three-minute walk from the hotel entrance.

The staff provides luggage storage. They stored our bags for free when we traveled to Busan for two days. This was really convenient for us. Some front desk staff were helpful.

The location is fantastic with many dining options nearby. It also has convenient access to underground malls and metro lines. The breakfast had a good variety of Korean and continental options (I enjoyed the fresh pastries).

decent stay with minor issues

clean hotel great location convenient subway unwelcoming staff restricted gym awkward layout

the hotel was very clean. i found the location great, it was close to markets and restaurants. the subway was right across the street (very handy!).

The front desk staff lacked warmth and smiles. the gym had non-standard opening hours (it was a bit annoying). the layout felt a bit awkward. I bumped into a few corners.

tour guide different stops dated room limited lighting old fixtures

A tour guide met us right in the lobby. The bus took us to all of the different stops.

The hotel room looked dated, with the fixtures showing their age. I think there was only one ceiling light available. It didnt gave me impression that I was staying at a 4 star hotel.
